STORY
While flying over Westside Island with Sonic, Tails detects an odd temporal distortion on the Tornado's scanners.  Driven both by curiosity and an insatiable desire for adventure, the heroes land and investigate, only to find Dr. Eggman laughing while at the controls of a strange machine.

"Muhahahaha!  The Chrono Scrambler is a rousing success!  I can see my glorious Death Egg rising from its ashes now!" the obese madman boasted as a familiar space station lifted off in the distance.

"Gotta figure that wherever the Tornado's scanners pick up temporal distortions or weird energy readings, we're bound to find Eggman," remarked Sonic as he dashed off to bring down the Death Egg once again.

SPECIAL THANKS

I didn't do everything on my own, so there are some people I'd like to thank here.

MainMemory is first on the list since he created the tool I used to build my levels and edit art from time to time.

Next up is Clownacy, who created the Sonic 2 Clone Driver V2, which I used to put custom music into this game.

Third is ValleyBell, who created MIDI2SMPS, which I used to actually make most of the game's music.

Crash and Jubbalub contributed some additional SMPS music.

Djohe and I initially didn't get along, but he has since mellowed out with his attitude and helped me get the custom background in Marsh Palace Zone to scroll properly.

Selbi created the text code editor that was used to change the Zone names on the title cards.

Qiuu is responsible for PlaneED, which was used to edit the Title Screen and Level Select menus.

Sonic Retro has provided many hacking guides and links to tools and resources I used to make this game possible.

Divine Insect and The Spriter's Resource provided some of the custom art in this game, specifically, the upper part of Marsh Palace Zone's background.
